Terms and Conditions
•	Applicant(s) must be above 50 years of age.
•	Final devotees will be chosen from the total list of applicants by means of lucky draw.
•	Applicant(s) must attach address proof, age proof and two passport size photographs (per applicant) on the form.
•	Selected applicants will need to produce a medical fitness certificate prior to proceeding on the Yatra.
•	All Yatras will begin from Mumbai.
•	Applicants are requested to check our website www.manavaastha.com for updates relating to their selection. 
•	Trustees reserve the right to alter, amend, change, modify or withdraw the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. Efforts will be made to notify you promptly of such changes / events sufficiently in advance. If such changes / events incur during the tour, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot and we solicit your full co – operation in accepting such circumstantial changes. Therefore, no grievance regarding any itinerary change which we are constrained to make, will be entertained from Yatris during or after the Moksh Yatras.
•	Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing. 
•	Manav Aastha Foundation shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss incurred by Yatris during the tour.
•	All disputes pertaining to the tour and any claim arising thereof shall be subject to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai only.   
•	Applicants wishing to withdraw their application must notify us in writing at least a week prior to the date of Moksh Yatra by any of the following methods:
-	By fax at 91 22 26785475 followed by a written communication to our registered office listed below/
-	By email to info@manavaastha.com followed by a written communication to our registered office listed below / 
-	In writing on at the registered office of the Company:
